Terms of Use

Effective date: September 3, 2026

By using FieldStamp you agree to these terms and to Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement. Where these terms add to the standard EULA, both apply.

What FieldStamp is

FieldStamp is a camera and field-documentation tool that can add date, time, coordinates, approximate address, altitude, compass direction, GPS accuracy and project information to photos. Location, compass and geocoding results can be delayed, unavailable or inaccurate. Verify important records independently before relying on them.

Acceptable use

Do not use FieldStamp unlawfully, infringe another person's rights, attempt to bypass paid access, interfere with the app or its supporting services, or present altered location or time information as independently verified evidence.

Availability, disclaimers and liability

FieldStamp is provided “as is.” Camera, GPS, compass, address lookup, device storage and third-party purchase services may be unavailable or inaccurate. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer disclaims warranties of fitness for a particular purpose and is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, lost records, project delays, lost profits or decisions based on a stamp generated by the app.

Changes and termination

These terms may be updated by publishing a revised version with a new effective date. You can stop using FieldStamp at any time. Removing the app deletes locally stored app data but does not remove exported copies from Photos or cancel a subscription.

Privacy

See the FieldStamp Privacy Policy for how data is handled.
